Prince of Wales visit, 1920

HRH Edward, Prince of Wales visited Gympie on Tuesday 3 August 1920. Captain George Thomas had the honour of presenting the cadet’s guard of honour to His Royal Highness. A reception was held in Memorial Park where it looks like the people of Gympie dressed in their finest.
